Bully dog power pup: August, 2008: Reviewer: Don B. From USA Purchased a power pup for 2005 3500 dodge cummings. Would not download. Contacted tech help and was given a RMA. New pup from bully dog doesn't download. Tech help no longer talks to me or returns e-mail. Dealer checked port and no problem there. Maybe I'm to dumb. Beware of this product.

Why isn’t the Update Agent recognizing that the Micro SD card is connected to my computer?
A.
The SD card is missing an important file. You can get the file and fix the problem by following these steps:
1. Go to the Bully Dog website.
2. Click on the link for the Update Agent page.
3. Click on the GT Gas card file link.
4. Find the downloaded file on your computer and copy it to your SD card.
• Your computer will most likely not be able to open this file. This is not a problem; all you need to do is copy the file to the SD card.
• The name of the file is GTGIDF.bin
5. Restart the Update Agent application and it should recognize the SD card.
